Whether you’re an advanced lifter, endurance runner, or are just getting back into the swing of things, we will work with you to ensure you are able to achieve your goals through attendance accountability, expert-level coaching, and varied workout programming!

Functional fitness

Our Functional Fitness program is all about General Physical Preparedness (GPP).

We aim to increase your body’s overall efficiency and ability to burn body fat quickly by using the 3 tenets of Functional Fitness:

Charleston’s Best Boot Camp is a 4-week Nutrition, Fitness, and Lifestyle Program that we GUARANTEE will have you looking & feeling better than you have in years.

This is NOT theory….it’s a proven & tested program that gets results! Here’s how:

Fat Loss

4 weeks of fitness sessions with your Boot Camp coach and fellow Boot Campers.

Kick-off Seminar

  • Kick things off with your fellow Boot Campers at our Fitness & Nutrition Seminar the Saturday before the Boot Camp starts.

online training

If you can’t make it into the gym, but still want to work with our expert coaches to get fit, and stay fit, we offer Online Training in a variety of different formats.

Bodyweight

The bodyweight program needs nothing more than your own body, the time, and the desire to improve, in order to achieve results. Workouts are programmed in 6-week blocks with either 4 or 5 days of programming per week to keep you progressively improving your fitness, strength, and fat loss!

Minimal Equipment

With nothing more than a set of dumbbells, or a kettlebell, we have also written a 6-week program that will allow you to continue on your fitness journey. Similar to the BODYWEIGHT program, the workouts are designed to progressively push you to improve your speed, strength, endurance, and fat loss without the need for a full gym!

Remote Personal Training

We offer Remote Personal Training if you have specific goals you are working towards. One of our coaches will work with you 1-on-1 to write workouts, provide accountability, and provide a macronutrient nutrition goal to hit each day. Your coach will work with you to customize your workouts based on your goals, and what equipment you have available to you!

Nutrition Coaching

Work with our expert coaches to help you with your nutrition goals. Whether you are looking to lose body fat, increase muscle mass, lean out, or bulk up, our nutrition coaches can help you achieve results!

With weekly check-ins, and bi-weekly caloric and macro adjustments we will work with you to customize what you are eating, how you are eating, and how to use food, and nutrition, to achieve maximum results! We can achieve this through five core principles:

Adequacy

Consuming enough of each type of food (carbohydrates, fats, & protein)

Balance

Creating a well-proportioned macronutrient prescription, and helping you build balanced meals

Calorie Control

Not too many, or too few, calories

Moderation

Enjoy your treats! But learn how to moderate intake of processed foods, and sugars

Variety

Promoting optimal health by consuming a broad range of foods (taking care of your micronutrient needs)

On top of our regular Nutrition Coaching program, we also offer challenges throughout the year to help you kickstart your nutrition journey!
