– Ring Rows (Complete 3 x 10 reps)
– Banded Pull-ups (Complete 2 x 10 reps)
– Kipping Pull-ups (Complete 1 x 10 reps)
– Strict Pull-ups (Complete 1 x Max reps)

*superset each progression w/ 15 BB Curls

B. 3 Rounds
(1) Push Up
(2) Hang Power Clean
(3) Air Squat
(4) Burpees over bar

*In teams of (2)
*45 Seconds On : 45 Seconds Off
*Partner 1 AMRAPS for 45 seconds, then partner 2 and so on…

P – 95/65 lbs
S – 115/85
