We want you to enjoy coming here, so we make it as fun and engaging as possible. Our kickboxing classes don't have a rude instructor yelling at you to do things you hate. Our classes are built around making sure you have a fun experience while getting results.

Many of our members have no prior experience in fitness or in kickboxing… but once they start, they can’t get enough of our awesome classes!

You’ll get lean and toned arms from punching drills, tighten up your legs and booty from doing kicks, all while strengthening your core and shrinking your waist from dynamic body weight movements we incorporate into every workout.

Our Coaches take pride in knowing exactly what movements will work the best to blast those stubborn areas. High-energy cardio intervals, heavy bag striking drills, and improved self-defense skills will have you feeling truly empowered and unstoppable!
