Then we can help you set S.M.A.R.T Goals that are measurable & attainable, set you up with the best program to achieve those goals, and keep you accountable to achieving them!
InBody Scan for
Body Fat % & Muscle Mass
You'll get a quick, painless, and accurate measurement of your Body Fat Percentage, Muscle Mass, and Body Mass Index. At Frequency, we call this ``Ground Zero`` which is another way of saying it's the beginning of the most epic transformation you've ever experienced. Your InBody Scan will be the benchmark you'll refer back to when you're seeing amazing progress and want to measure exactly how far you've come.
Baseline Workout Score
Your initial workout assessment will consist of 4-6 basic movements that a Trained Coach will review with you. You'll then complete the workout in approximately 6-8 minutes and we'll record your time. After 8-10 weeks, you can re-test this same workout. You'll be amazed at how much your fitness has improved when you CRUSH your previous score!
