A native to Charleston, Kyle has always been big into health and wellness. A former multi-sport athlete growing up, Sarah knew at a young age that her passion was fitness. Addicted to exercise and the benefits of living a healthy lifestyle, Sarah knew that she wanted to educate others on how to successfully begin their own wellness journey. Fast forward to present day, Sarah now holds a bachelors degree in Health Science from Clemson University, and loves helping people reach their fitness goals. Specializing in nutrition and small group training, Sarah plays an important role in our personal training department as well as the Pulse Program.
