    Assistant Coach

    Growing up playing sports was a year round thing for me. I loved being active and no matter what it was as long as it involved a ball or running around — you could count me in! After going through a couple of tough years post college and overcoming some personal struggles, I found Frequency Fitness and it completely changed my life for the better. I decided to become a coach because I wanted to show others that no matter where you are or have been, it’s never too late to make a change and turn your life around. One of the best parts of being a coach is watching an athlete break though a mental barrier and push themselves further than they thought they could.
